Flash Rosenberg

Flash Rosenberg photographs, draws, animates, writes, and performs, with an eye for humor in whatever she does. She has led numerous innovative, thematic photo workshops at universities, museums and art centers worldwide. Her photography was recently featured in “Dream Streets: The Delaware Art Scene 1970-1990” at the Delaware Art Museum. She is a Guggenheim Fellow who served for 7 years as pioneering Artist in Residence for LIVE from the New York Public Library. Her stories have been featured on NPR's The Moth Radio Hour. Her audio-snapshots, “Flash Moments,” were an award-winning daily feature on public radio. Flash waltzed through ~ 700 projected images in her comic visual-performance, “Laughing at the Speed of Light,” which toured internationally. “FlashThink” cartoons were a weekly web feature. Flash Rosenberg Studio is a full-service photography, cartoon, motion picture, merriment, and mischief factory, based in NYC. She lives with two turtles and infinite questions.
