My brother, Richard, who has lived in, worked and explored the Hudson Valley for decades, has inspired the trip itinerary. We’ll be photographing: rock climbers (Richard owns one of the premier rock climbing stores in the country); Catskill Mountains foliage, streams and waterfalls, Storm King sculpture garden, the dramatic walkway bridge over the Hudson, abandoned buildings (this is a premier area for these), hang gliders (weather permitting), and the jaw-dropping crumbling castle on Bannerman Island in the Hudson. And more. (Itinerary always subject to change depending on weather and other variables.)
There will be two detailed critiques of student work.
