One of the recognized masters of this genre, Lou reveals the intricacies and subtleties involved in his craft, including plenty of "tricks of the trade." A PowerPoint presentation on lighting and hands on shooting are part of this workshop. For those who wish to bring a couple of their own food images to the class (in print or digital format), Lou will offer a brief critique.
