This one-day workshop explores the natural beauty of New York's Central Park in spring and fall, the Park's two most lovely seasons. Howard takes you to the Conservatory Garden as well as some of his other favorite nature spots. He discusses and demonstrates approaches and techniques for photographing gardens, flowers and parks that will make your photos of landscapes, trees and plants more evocative and compelling. Note: Sunday, Oct 24th will serve as a rain day. Location: New York City, New York Cost: $175.00 (Tuition does not include lunch) Experience: Basic understanding of camera functions. Equipment: Any camera, though digital is preferred for critiquing purposes. Optional Equipment: For flower work, SLR is recommended.
