This class emphasizes how to express your personal vision to create exceptional photographs of nature. The field portion of the workshop will focus on nature subjects surrounding the Fair Hill Nature Center, including insects and other close-up subjects around the center’s pond. Experience: An understanding of basic camera operation.

Monongahela Forest, WV - Jim Clark
Jim calls this class: "Late Bloomers & Butterflies.) He covers the same basic material as the Fair Hill class (see description above) but at a different location: a picturesque and remote stretch of the Highland Scenic Highway in the Monongahela National Forest near Marlinton, West Virginia. Special emphasis will focus on photographing late summer wildflowers, butterflies, and dramatic fog-shrouded landscapes at sunrise.
