Diane Shapiro has been involved in marketing images -- those of other photographers and her own -- for nearly three decades. She served as Photo Library Director for The Image Bank when it was the largest, most prestigious, stock photography agency in the world (70 offices in 38 countries). She later managed the Wildlife Conservation Society's Photo Library, based at the Bronx Zoo, where she reorganized 250,000 images into market-oriented categories, while also editing all new image submissions and selecting images for WCS publications.

Diane's own photography has been published in newspapers, magazines, calendars, greeting cards, books and assorted photo products. Her work is represented by Peter Arnold, Inc., a distinguished stock agency that specializes in wildlife and nature imagery.

Diane recently launched image insight, a company that offers one-on-one marketing consultation to photographers at all levels of ability and experience.
