John first started in the digital darkroom back in 1995 with Adobe Photoshop 3. Over the years, he worked both digitally and in a chemical darkroom; in 2006 John changed over completly to the digital darkroom. He continues to stay current with the new software upgrades. As new versions are released, he incorporates their new features into his digital workflow, so he keeps current with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom.

John is a 2001 graduate of the Art Institude of York, PA where he majored in multi-media design. For the past decade, he has been both a photographer and graphic designer. He became a Horizon Associate in 2010.
